1.     Entry is based on registering as a user at www.edibleplaygrounds.co.uk and all such registrants will be automatically entered into the draw unless they opt out by contacting us at Dorset Cereals.

2. UK residents over 16 only, or have gained permission from a parent/guardian to enter, excluding employees or agents of Dorset Cereals or their immediate families.

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted and only one prize will be awarded per school.

4. Entries must be received by midday on 1st February 2010.

5. There are 4 Edible Playground tool kits to give away, including:

1 x wooden Edible Playground tool box containing:
1 x book – Playground Potting Shed by Dominic Murphy
1 x book -  Grow it, Eat it by the Royal Horticultural Society
A selection of seeds (from Thompson and Morgan), including Edible Playground cress seeds

6. Winners will be selected in a random draw, conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service after the closing date.

7. Winning entrants will be informed by email by 9 February 2010 and we will also inform the winning school.

8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a school rejects the prize for any reason, then it will be awarded to a reserve school, selected at the time of the original draw.

9. The winner’s name and school can be requested in writing from Dorset Cereals (see address above) after the closing date.

10. We may ask for the winner to let us use their name in our publicity materials, but would only do so with their consent.
