Carrot tops
Don't throw away the tops after peeling carrots. Instead watch them grow again!
For this project you will need:
4 large carrots
a plate
some fresh water

Cut the tops off of some large carrots. Peel and eat the carrots (raw or cooked) to help you see in the dark!

Place the carrot tops in a shallow plate and add water. Put it on a windowsill.

Take a look at your carrot tops every day. You'll notice that they soon begin to grow.

When your carrots tops are nice and bushy, find a rabbit to feed them to!
