We win gold at Hampton Court

We were thrilled when we won a Gold Medal at Chelsea Flower Show, so imagine our excitement when we won another – and the Best Show Garden award –
with our Edible Playground Show Garden at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. We’re very proud of the garden (pictured above), which is brimming with beautiful and tasty plants and full of environmental features such as a windmill and a wormery. Pictured above is the Edible Playground courtyard garden we created at Chelsea Flower Show, where we were delighted to win a Gold Medal and the Best Courtyard Garden award. One of the things people liked most about the garden was our cress heads, so we gave out packets of cress seeds to everyone who came to see us at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.

Grow it! Cook it! Eat it!

What’s an Edible Playground? It’s an area of ground in a school playground that’s put aside for growing food to eat. It’s also a great way to learn about food and nature, and loads of fun!

We believe in food that's honest, tasty and real – like food you grow in your own garden. With Edible Playgrounds, a project supported by Dorset Cereals, we want to get every school in Britain setting aside a bit of ground for growing and cooking your own delicious veg and having bucketloads of fun along the way.

Why not download some of our
recipes and have a go yourself?
